Could someone translate this for me please?

The original email contained a "picture" of the page and I'm assuming the
picture was removed. Obviously, I wasn't asking someone to translate
freecreditreport.com for me.

I will try inserting ">" as requested next time.

I saw the words "Codex diplomaticus Neerlandicus" at the top of the page.
That doesn't mean I knew what they meant any more than I knew what the rest of
the page said. Neerlandicus is Netherlands? I don't know how I am supposed
to know that.
