I have looked into the side www.volksbund.de, this is a german side where you can search for the people you are missing since the world war I and II. There I found one Conrad Reinhold, died 22.03.1918, he is in a grave in St.Quentin, France, but no birth date and town was mentioned. I don't know whether this could be your Conrad Reinhold.
Don't you have any chance to ask someone for the city he is born, or don't you remember the name of the town or the approximately date of birth? Than your chance would be much better to get the records.
