Hello Suzy,

we have the names Hugebak and Hugeback in the region Goldenstedt. But it would be easier for us to identify the right person if you could give us more informations about Joseph or Arnold.

The name Rupieper (spelling in Germany) came from the region Westphalia and maybe Osnabrueck. I don`t know a Rupieper in Oldenburg.
