My father's name is Hugeback and my mothers name was Rupiper, both descendants from families who lived around 1830 in Lower Saxony. I believe great grand parent was Joseph or Arnold Hugeback, all Catholic. Can I find more information on them, including the Rupiper name. My father spoke high German and my mother spoke low German.
