Henrich Ahlers married Anna Voet in 1688 at St Georg Vechta ,but he was NOT
from Vechta
Since the marriage appears to have been recorded in Lohne church registers,
one or the other of the parties to the marriage may have been from Lohne. But
there don't seem to have been any births of either of them registered there.

It only says Henrich Alers married Anna Voet 23/11/1688 in Vechta. Their
birthdates would be pretty early to find in the records. If the Vechta marriage
records don't have the parents listed, you may be at the end of the line,
unless someone has searched land or estate records.

The Status animarum 1703 (like census) listed in Vechta this family:
Henrich Alers (no age)
uxor (wife) Anna Voeth (no age)
filia Anna 13
filia Maria Elisabeth 9
I have not an idea why the marriage also in Lohne listed, maybe Anna and/or Henrich are born in Lohne before 1683.
The church records in Lohne started 1683 - I think dead end.
