Hallo!
Weiss jemand etwas ueber eine Scharfrichterfamilie CARL oder CARELS in
Sendenhorst (Westfalen; in der Naehe von Muenster)? Einer meiner Vorfahren,
Franz Anton FUECHTEN aus Schuettorf (+ 1809), Scharfrichter und Chirurg von
Beruf, heiratete 1756 in Sendenhorst Anna Catharina Gertrud CARELS. Aufgrund
der sozialen Aussensseiterrolle des Berufsstandes handelt es sich bei den
CARLs moeglicherweise um Kollegen.
