Can you Help me with german Handbuch at ancestory. What is ''T.''

I have Ancestry.com. I think I saw this in the searching of area of stories and publications, directories . 'Handbuch des Grundbesitzes im deutschen Reiche Band Hannover, 1929.' I saw this entry

Ventschau,P.:Neu-Darchau >-< Ventschau Oefftl.: E. : Gohrde.
    Meyer,Wilhelm: >-< Neu Darchau 49; 64 ha; 214 T.
    Thide, Wilhelm: >-< Neu Darchau 14; 305 ha; 710 T.

I would guess that 49 is the farm number. Maybe ha is hector or acres.
I am wondering what T stands for. I have translated Grundbesitzes to be 'landed property.

I know more people than that live there. Perhaps there are only two farms.
Thanks for any help.

Hallo Jo Meyer,

excuse mi please, but I do speak only a little bit English.

Here are the measures for area of farmland to Germany:

1 Hektar = 4 Morgen = 100 Ar = 10.000 Quadratmeter.

Greetings from Malchin
