Making the best guesses that I can from various sources I would like to
research these two places in Hannover:
Calenberg
Hackenstedt
The catalog at FamilySearch.org doesn't have anything listed film-wise that
will help with the time period that I need. I am assuming that I need to
write to someone somewhere who will have to research for me? I've never had to
do this before and have no idea where to find addresses or how to go about
requesting information or how much to pay them, etc. How do I find out where
to write for information in these two places? I think I would like to start
with church records but how do I find out what church to write to? Would
there be a better source for this area? I'm really lost on this one. I would
really appreciate any help.
