was

Hauswirt Cord Hinrich B��nger who was born with the surname Krieger in
Marl?
And his mother was Sophie Margarethe born with the surname

B��nger....this

is a
little confusing to me, did the husband sometimes take the wife's

surname?

The parents of Wilhelmine Wulf were Hauswirt Hermann Friedrich Wulf from
H��de and Sophie Charlotte who was born with the surname Fischvogt?

What does the notation "1860 Dragoner" mean?

I am looking for any information about the marriage date and location,
the
parents and siblings for my great-great grandparents. I do not know
what
records are available or how to access them. I have also been unable

to

locate
their immigration records to the United States. I do know that they
arrived

between 1864 and 1865. The church records in the USA give some
information
on
where they lived in Germany based on where their children were born.
There

are some discrepancies in how the German locations are named, but do
list
a

parish of Burlage or Buerlager, in Bemfords, Hannover. Any help will be
greatly
appreciated..
