Hello siskabob,
I'm serving you a meager skewer-ful of BUCHALI information.
Although I'm not (yet) searching in Steinhbel Kr. Neisse,
the name BUCHALI does occur in the baptism register for
the St. Johannes (Roman Catholic) church in Neisse-Neuland
which I am currently researching. Neisse-Neuland includes
what in the mid-1800s were the separate villages of Ober,
Mittel and Nieder Neuland on the southern outskirts of the
city of Neisse, and which are only about 2 miles north of
Steinhbel.
Notice the name is consistently given as BUCHALI - the
spelling BUCHALE might be an Americanized form.
