Hallo Listenteilnehmer,
an Bekannter aus Wroclaw (Breslau) - welcher mir auch bei meinen Recherchen sehr geholfen hat - verfasst gerade eine kleine Abhandlung über die Gastronomie im alten Breslau.
Er trägt Informationen über die Restaurants, Kaffeehäuser, Konditoreien etc. zusammen. Hierbei interessiert er sich insbesondere für die damals angebotenen sog. "Aschinger-Buefetts" (eine Art Schnellimbiss).
Bei seinen Literaturrecherchen hat er etwas über sog. "Hamburger Buffets" gelesen und möchte gern wissen, was deren Besonderheit war?!
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mir jemand hierzu einen Tipp geben könnte, was darunter zu verstehen ist?
Vielleicht hat jemand noch andere Informationen oder Quellen zur Gastronomie im alten Breslau?
