I found that you are researching the name Bick. I have a Bick (Bieck, Beck) family that emigrated to the USA ( to Parma, Monroe, New York) in 1867 from Wurtemburg. I do not know the location in Wurtemburg from which they came. They are:
Adam born c. 1807
Catherine born Feb. 16, 1806
Sebastian b. April 4, 1848
Dorothea V. born Dec. 8, 1869
Susanna born Jan 24, 1855
Christof (Christian) born 1857
Catherine and the children emgrated from the port of Bremen on the ship Bremen in 1867. Husband Adam is believed to have emigrated earlier. Catherines' maiden name is believed to be Somet or Schmidt. Do you know of this Bick family? Any assistance is appreciated.
