Hello,
I'm researching the Behne and Winkelmann Family that emigrated to America from the Croya region of Hannover in 1882. Their names were Heinrich Christoph Behne born 20 Sep 1824 in Croya, wife Dorothea (Dora) Winkelmann Behne born 23 Jan 1834 in Croya, daughter Fredericke Behne born 08 May 1860 in Croya, son Heinrich Johann( Henry) Behne born 27 Jan 1861 in Croya, daughter Sophia Dorothea Behne born 30 Jan 1867 in Croya. Am interested in possibly locating living relatives in the area or possibly learning anything about the earlier Behne and Winkelmann ancestors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kindest Regards,
Richard L. Schindall
