The first Nühring to Iowa was married to a Beermann.
Margarethe Dorthea Beermann "Biermann" (born March 22, 1813)
married to Harm Heinrich Wilhlem"William" Nuhring (born October 21, 1813)
Married January 13, 1839 per records from the Husum parish. Biermann is the
spelling from America.
I have some more information, if you would like to e-mail me direct.
Many Beermann families I suspect ended up with the spelling of Biermann, I
do not know why.
