"I love you" is in german "Ich liebe Dich"
"merry christmas" is in german "schoene Weihnachten"
I'm german and I was born in Bavarian, but I never heared that there are
special words for those.

I am not a Bavarian but I spend a lot of my holidays in this area and do
still have many contacts to those people.
"I love you" reads in real Bavarian "I mog di" or another version "I hob di
narrisch gern".
For Merry Christmas there is no other expression.
