My cousin tells me her family received letters from her brother
in the German
army during WWII from the following cities

Dyhrenfurth in June 1944
Zolkiewska in Dec. 1943

Any help on where these might be?

Hi Rick,

Dyhernfurth: 20 km in the NW of Breslau (today Wroclaw)
             on the river "Oder"
Zolkiewska: I found a Zolkiewka between Lublin and Zamosc,
             today in the SE of Poland
