I found this book very useful in locating where my family came from (a small
Silesian village called Klein Ujesch�tz near Trebnitz). In October of 1987,
I wrote to the author asking many questions (including what year the listed
populations were accurate). His wife, Vera Kowallis, wrote back: "I am
sorry. I cannot help you as I did not write this book. It was written by my
husband and he passed away before it was published. My name was added for a
reference. I do not even have one [a copy] for myself."
I have not tried writing to the publisher to see if a copy can be reprinted.
