Dear Mrs. Gard,

Please send a letter to Stadtarchiv c/o Twistringen@vituell-media.de
- the city archives has loads of information to help you in your ancestral search. Against a modest fee they will help you.

I am searching for the emigration of Conrad Harmes or Harms from
Altenmarhorst to America (probably through Baltimore) around 1850. He
signed a letter of intent in 1852. So far I have been unsuccessful in my
search. Can someone help me? Thanks. Dot
