No, not every village had such a book. Those are books that were written in our days, the editor of the Lingen emigration book is still around.
The records on which the books are based are to be found at the State archives, the town and village archives and the church records.
For Heemsen and Eystrup emigrants you might have a chance of tracing them with the help of the Kreisarchiv & Stadtarchiv Nienburg, Verdener Strasse 24, 31582 Nienburg/Weser, Germany
