Antw: city named Babber?

It might be RABBER,

Halfway between Bad Essen and Preussisch Oldendorf, on the Federal 65,
or B 65, church parish should be Barkhausen-Rabber, former Amt Wittlage

Greetings;
I am looking for info on Frederick Huge born June 1846 in Germany. He came
to America in 1865 at age 9. I am sure he came with his entire family,
probably to Ohio, maybe Cleveland. Here are my questions -
1.If anyone has "Germans to America" could they look for him in the period
around 1865? According to the 1900 Minnesota census he was naturalized
citizen.

2.I have never looked up naturalization papers in the US. Does LDS have
those films and is there an index by name?

I am trying to find his hometown in the Hannover area because he may be
related to my great grandmother, Marie Eleonore Huge.

Regards,
Lee
