Hello,
I came across your web page, and saw many Schmelzers. My great-grandfather
was Anton Schmezler, and his wife was Ida Dirks. He was from Papenburg,
Germany, and was born around 1876. Is there any chance you have any
genealogical information regarding him? I know nothing about his ancestry.
My mom was his granddaughter, Eileen Schmelzer.
