Answering e-mails

     I'm not sure that I agree. Sometimes an email comes in without the
previous letter and it is hard to know what they are talking about if you
don't know the original question or any details. I guess if we only left
the original letter and not three or four various replies, that would be
okay.

Have you ever recieved a delayed email that you forgot what the question or letter the reply pertained too?

I know I have.

Especially if one is replying to information from old message. You might find a possible connection from an archived message. And easy to miss out on if the reply written doesn't refer to the original message.

Are you on digest mode? Or list mode?
