Thanks to those of you who responded to my query about Anna Ruhe (Rouwe).
Here's what I know so far:

1. *Catharina Adelheid Hovenne* (also known as "Catharina Adelheid Hovehn")
was born December 22, 1731 in Bevern, Germany and died August 13, 1778.

Father: *Joan Theodor Hovenne* was born November 12, 1708 and died
March 28, 1791.

Mother: 2. *Anna Rouwe* (also known as "Anna Ruhe") was born February 3,
1710 in Lüsche, Ksp. Vestrup, Germany and died September 2, 1779.

2. *Anna Rouwe* (also known as "Anna Ruhe") was born February 3, 1710 in
Lüsche, Ksp. Vestrup, Germany and died September 2, 1779.

Father: *Johann Ruhe* was born About 1685 and died January 27, 1719.

Mother: *Anna Katharina Schuling* was born About 1687 and died April
15, 1737.

Anna Ruhe, b. 03.02.1710 Lüsche, is my gggggggmother, Joan Theodor Hovenne
is my ggggggfather and Lucia Maria Hovenne, b. 08.01.1737 Bevern, is my
gggggmother.
The book "Einwohnerverzeichnisse (Status animarum) der Kirchspiele
Steinfeld, Lohne, Vestrup, Bakum, Vechta, Oythe, Langförden, Emstek,
Cappeln, Lindern und Essen aus dem Jahr 1703", written by Ludger Kock and
Peter Sieve (Cloppenburg 2006, S. 135) shows the family of her mother Anna
Katharina Schuling from Hausstette, Ksp. Vestrup:
