One thing I like to do when I find a distant cousin is to add his or her
ancestors to link to our common ancestor. Could you provide the names dates
and/or places of birth, death, and marriage that link you (and your
children, if any) to Anna Ruhe? Sources would also be appreciated, but not
necessary.
I would then enter them into my database and calculate our relationship to
each other. Since Anna is my great(5)-grandmother, It looks like we are
approxmately sixth cousins, but I'd like to know more precisely.
I'd be happy to return the favor, with my own line to Anna in report form or
in a gedcom.
