Hello,
sorry that yesterday I only sent a german language version of my email.
What was it about ?
-Background: both the Oldenburg Genealogical Society and the Heimatbund
Oldenburger Münsterland publish transcribed old lists of inhabitants, like tax
registers and 'Seelen'-register (status animarum).
Above message was about two publications which are now almost completely
sold out. It was
1. the Seelenregister of the parish of Harpstedt of the year 1662
(describing each person then living in that parish)
2. two Seelenregister and one tax-on-livestock register for the parish of
Ganderkesee for the years 1662 and 1678.
In the meantime, those books, which cost around 3 € each, are completely
sold out.
For those who are not aware of it, I recommend you look at
_http://www.heimatbund-om.de/_ (http://www.heimatbund-om.de/) and
_www.familienkunde-oldenburg.de_ (http://www.familienkunde-oldenburg.de)
(Shop) for other publications of this kind for most parishes of Oldenburg.
A good way to go about this is to look at the 'list of parishes' on
_www.familienkunde-oldenburg.de_ (http://www.familienkunde-oldenburg.de) . There you
will find, for every parish, what kind of publication still is available.
