Bischoff with the double "ff" is a bitmore rare than the one without the second
"f", in Westerbeverstedt = 27616 Lunestedt there were four BISCHOFF and one
BISCHOF in 1995:

- Bischoff, Hans-Helmut, An der Bahn 17, 27616 Lunestedt, Tel.04748 1803
- Bischoff, Helmut, Molkereifacharbeiter, OT Brgershausen, 27616 Lunestedt,
                Tel.04747 411
- Bischoff, Johann, Dorftstr.2, 27616 Lunestedt, Tel. 04748 7994
- Bischoff, Otto, Dorfstr.2, 27616 Lunestedt, Tel. 04748 525

The church adress for the Lutheran parish in Lunestedt is:
                         Evangelische Kirchengemeinde
                         27616 Lunestedt
As there is another church in Beverstedt, you might be also lucky there:
                         Evangelische Kirchengemeinde
                         27616 Beverstedt

You see by the same postcodenr., which is no error, both parishes are very close
together. You surely already know, the places are a bit south-east of Cuxhaven.
You will find four more BISCHOFF in Beverstedt, trying www.telefonbuch.de.
Ordering only the one entry with the parents would not be too much, a research
for the whole family context with siblings would be of more work and price, if
they are willing to do that in the parish. Perhaps someone of the remained
BISCHOFF already did the work. Good luck Hans Peter Albers

Hello,
Are you familiar with the LDS (Mormon) centers where you can order
films? They have this on microfilm for Beverstedt:

Kirchenbuch, 1715-1852 Evangelische Kirche Beverstedt (Kr. Geestemünde)

I don't know if your family from Wester Beverstedt would have gone to church
there, but by the map it looks possible. You can go to the Mormon website at
www.familysearch.org, click on Search for Ancestors, go to Family History
Catalog, then click on Place and run a search for the town you are
interested in.
Good luck,
Barbara

Here is another possible link to your Bischoff family:

There are some Bischoffs from WesterBeverstedt in this pedigree. You can
go to the list of names to see them. Your Albert is not listed, but this
person may have some copies of records who will have him. There is also
mention of Heerstedt which is very close to WesteBeverstedt. The email
address is listed. It's worth trying to make contact.
