Linda: Simply send them an Email - English is ok if you don't feel comfortable enough to write in German. And tell them more or less what records you want. They will quote an hourly rate and an estimate as to how long that reseach will take. Be forewarned, however - they will want payment in Euros only unless you want to give them your credit card info.
