I clicked on this long url and it did work. However all that came up
were some of Robin C Mason's articles; nothing on the 1915 Rhode Island
Census index. It is not mentioned in New England genealogy 101: free
records online.
They are interesting for New England genealogy but a little OT for a
German genealogy list.
Also what is the Examiner.com?

Strange indeed. When I clicked on the link that was sent me it went to a different web page, I don't know why. You're right this link didn't go there.
Try FamilySearch.org =1532188;p=collectionDetails ( you may have to cut / paste )
As far as the relevancy being "OT " my ancestors came from Germany and settled in RI. That makes it quite relevant to me ! Who are you, the site cop ?

Examiner is back - Examiner.com
I clicked on this long url and it did work. However all that came up
